I am passionate about my art. I am passionate about connecting with like - minded people. I am passionate about my solitude…I practice meditation and yoga at a Buddhist centre, and at the Diamond Light Crystal Healing Centre in our beautiful City of Norwich. Spirituality is the centre of my life and the excitement, joy, peace, contentment and fulfilment that comes from my life's journey towards enlightenment is my life's focus. The world is a truly magical place when you live in the moment and fully appreciate the ordinary… The ordinary then becomes the extraordinary… so often we can get caught up in analysing the past and agonizing about the future. Now is what matters……tomorrow will sort itself out if the ' now ' as good as we can make it…..love, peace, blessings and joy…..
